When hot vapour hits the fibres of your carpet or rug, the extreme heat weakens the very bonds that hold dirt and staining compounds to those fibres. Once weakened, dirt and stains can be removed far more easily. It’s the same principle that makes washing your clothes in hot water so much more effective. The vapour will also work its way down to the deepest layers, providing a more thorough clean than vacuuming or shampooing.

In general, you should have your carpets cleaned at least twice a year, but it can vary a lot depending on the use they get and the prevention's you are taking.
We deal with a huge range of carpets and rugs. We tailor our cleaning methods to suits you carpet/rug. If you are in doubt just please call us and ask.
Carpets drying time would be 4-6 hours 90% of the time. Other cases could be much longer than usual depending on carpet or rug type.
ot water extraction (HWE) is also known as steam cleaning. When you bring high pressure into the party things change. Here's the deal:
- Hot water (hot enough that is actual steam and not liquid) is injected by a high-performance unit. It stems your carpet to its very core.
- At the same time as steam goes in, we apply suction. This removes almost all the moisture (to the rate of 95%) and it sanitizes your textiles.
