n general, you should have your carpets cleaned at least twice a year, but it can vary a lot depending on the use they get and the prevention's you are taking.
We deal with a huge range of carpets and rugs. We tailor our cleaning methods to suits you carpet/rug. If you are in doubt just please call us and ask.
Carpets drying time would be 4-6 hours 90% of the time. Other cases could be much longer than usual depending on carpet or rug type.
